Q: How does the crossbar placement work for different enclosure depths?A: Enclosures less than 10' deep do not have a crossbar. For depths between 10' and 13', the crossbar is mounted 6.5' from the screen. For enclosures 15' or deeper, the crossbar is mounted 7.5' from the screen for optimal stability and mounting options.

Q: What accessories are available for the SIGPRO Commercial Enclosure?A: You can enhance your setup with accessories like landing pad turf, golf mats, launch monitors, projectors, and enclosure mount kits for convenient equipment installation.

Q: What clearance do I need to install the enclosure?A: We recommend allowing 6-7 inches of buffer space between the top of the enclosure and your ceiling to ensure ease of assembly.

Standard Processing Time:

All products have a 1-2 business day processing time.

Standard Lead Time:

This product has a standard lead time of 14-20 business days following the standard processing time.

Standard Shipping Process:

Upon your product leaving the warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. If you place an order and have not received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed. 

How to Check Order Status:

To check on the status of your order, please email info@golf-2-u.com and reference your 5-digit order number. You can also call or text us at 813-463-8279 to check on the status of your order.

NOTE:These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If there is a change in the standard shipping time, we will do our best to notify you.

Standard Return Policy:
If you need to return your product, you may do so within 30 days. Products eligible for return must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee:
Any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return process.

Standard Return Process:

• Please contact Indoor Golf Outlet by emailing us at info@golf-2-u.com to initiate the return.
• Reference your 5-digit order number and provide photos of all the items being returned.
• All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Upon acceptance of the return, we will provide you with the return shipping address, or a pre-paid shipping label.
• Once your items are received in and inspected, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.

Cancelations:
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing info@golf-2-u.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
