Foam Inserts Included

Pre-sized foam inserts positioned behind the flaps protect the enclosure frame from ricochets and reduce bounceback, creating a quieter and safer setup.

Detachable Flaps with Stronger Fasteners

Flaps are now independent from the screen and equipped with a wider hook-and-loop fastener strip that secures hold throughout repeated impacts while preserving a clean, professional appearance.

Redesigned One-Piece Ceiling and Sidewalls

Cutting setup time to about two hours for most installs, the redesigned one-pipe ceiling and sidewalls streamline assembly and feature Carl's signature BlackStop™ material.

Reduced Bounceback System

A premium three-layer impact screen, releasable zip ties, and tensioned bottom cable work together to cushion shots and reduce rebound.

Versatile Crossbar System (Optional)

The stand-alone ceiling crossbar slides forward or back for perfect placement and can accommodate overhead launch monitors, projectors, and lighting.

Pipe Framing Kit (Optional)

Add the pre-cut and labeled Pipe Framing Kit for a truly plug-and-play build, or source 2-inch EMT locally using the provided cut list.

Back Cover Kit (Optional)

Add the Back Cover Kit to block ambient light from the rear side of the enclosure and to create a more finished enclosure appearance that conceals the rear pipe framing.

Safety Baffles (Optional)

Positioned across the width of your simulator enclosure on the ceiling, Safety Baffles hang downward to catch and deflect high-angle shots that may bounce off the impact screen.

Please Note: Your Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit does not come with pipe framing. If you do not purchase the Carl's Place Pipe Framing Kit, you will need to source 2-inch EMT (electrical metal tubing) pipes locally to complete the frame assembly.

Standard Processing Time:All products have a 1-2 business day processing time.

Standard Delivery Time:Most Carl's Place products including enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, hitting strips, swing cameras, and accessories are delivered within 7-10 business days following the standard processing time.

Custom Product Delivery Time:Carl's Place custom enclosures, impact screens, and Built-In Screens are delivered within 7-14 business days following the standard processing time. Carl's Place Built-In Panel Kits are delivered within 14-21 business days following the standard processing time.

Standard Shipping Process:Upon your products leaving the warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. If you place an order and have not received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.

Shipping Rates:Free standard shipping is offered on most Carl's Place products. Carl's Place Built-In Panel Kits are required to ship freight due to their size and weight. Freight shipping charges are applied at checkout.

How to Check Order Status:To check on the status of your order, please emailorders@indoorgolfoutlet.comand reference your 5-digit order number. You can also call or text us at310-947-8670to check on the status of your order.

NOTE:These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If there is a change in the standard shipping time, we will do our best to notify you.

Standard Return Policy:
If you need to return your product, you may do so within 30 days. Products eligible for return must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee:
Any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return process.

Carl's Place Custom Orders:
Carl's Place Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, Ceiling Paneling, and Curtains are not eligible for return or refund once the order has shipped.

Standard Return Process:

• Please contact Indoor Golf Outlet by emailing us at orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com to initiate the return.
• Reference your 5-digit order number and provide photos of all the items being returned.
• All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Upon acceptance of the return, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
• Once your items are received in and inspected, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.

Cancelations:
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Select products including made-to-order products and custom products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production and the order is canceled before it has shipped.
