Please check your ceiling height and room width to ensure that you will be able to complete the assembly of your enclosure while allowing for 2"-3" of buffer space between the top of the SIG10 Enclosure (8'4") and your ceiling height.

Q: What are the dimensions of the SIG10 Enclosure?A: The SIG10 Enclosure measures 10 feet 10 inches wide, 8 feet 4 inches high, and 5 feet deep. The screen itself measures 10 feet 1 inch wide by 7 feet 7 inches high, with a diagonal measurement of 12 feet 7 inches and a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Q: What ceiling height is recommended for the SIG10 Studio?A: We recommend at least 2 to 3 inches of buffer space between the top of the enclosure (8'4") and your ceiling. For comfortable swings, you may need at least 9' ceilings, depending on your height and swing type.

Q: What golf mat options are available?A: Choose from the SIG Fairway Series 5' x 5', SIGPRO 4' x 7', SIGPRO 4' x 10', or the SIG10 Golf Simulator Flooring. Each mat is designed to replicate fairway feel while reducing impact on joints, and they all hold a real tee.

Q: Does the SIG10 Studio include the enclosure surround?A: Yes, the SIG Surround is included. It’s made of durable vinyl and designed to give your setup a polished, professional look while helping protect the area around the screen.

Q: How easy is assembly?A: Assembly is straightforward thanks to color-coded push pin poles and connectors. Both the enclosure and flooring come with detailed assembly manuals to guide you step-by-step.

Standard Return Policy:
If you need to return your product, you may do so within 30 days. Products eligible for return must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee:
Any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return process.

Standard Return Process:

• Please contact Indoor Golf Outlet by emailing us at info@golf-2-u.com to initiate the return.
• Reference your 5-digit order number and provide photos of all the items being returned.
• All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Upon acceptance of the return, we will provide you with the return shipping address, or a pre-paid shipping label.
• Once your items are received in and inspected, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.

Cancelations:
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing info@golf-2-u.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Processing Time:All products have a 1-2 business day processing time.

Standard Lead Time:This product has a standard lead time of 7-10 business days following the standard processing time.

Standard Shipping Process:Upon your product leaving the warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. If you place an order and have not received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.
